Facilities Project Manager (Arctic Construction), Relocate to Nome, Alaska!
Norton Sound Health Corporation is recruiting for a Facilities Project Manager with construction, engineering and arctic work experience to oversee NSHC's capital projects above $10M! Work in our award-winning, state-of-the-art facility in the uniquely rustic village setting of Nome Alaska. Effectively manage the corporate-wide facilities division utilizing hands-on construction and engineering expertise. Provide leadership and direction necessary to implement operational policies for all facilities. Manage assigned employees, demonstrating leadership by providing work direction, motivation, training, assistance, performance evaluation and corrective action. Manage the budget process for reporting departments.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management (Professional Engineer preferred). Must have Arctic Construction experience.
Supervisory: 3 years
Administration of capital projects > $10M: 5 years, including on-site construction phase with arctic work.
