As a key member of our leadership team, you will help to continually develop the results-driven initiatives that define our success and are transforming healthcare. 

This job is responsible for the daily oversight, management, and direction of the medical center’s account receivable in order to maximize reimbursement by ensuring accurate and timely billing and collections from third party payers and patients; maintaining appropriate internal controls, monitoring activities of collection agencies, insurance companies, and working closely with our patient access and clinical care teams to minimize denials.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare business setting, clinic or revenue cycle management
  • Exceptionally strong relationship management, financial management, and communication skills are required.
  • Demonstrated talent and passion for innovation is required as is conceptual and behavioral commitment to lean thinking and lean practice.

Preferred: Master's degree.
