We are looking for an experienced Manager, Regulatory Compliance –Medicare to join the Compliance Department.

Individual will be responsible to achieve and oversee compliance with Medicare guidelines, regulations, and contractual requirements and to assist with the implementation of these requirements into internal operational processes. Individual must promote open and candid discussions regarding Medicare compliance concerns, provide effective compliance oversight for Medicare obligations within the operational areas, and collaborate with key stakeholders, including Team Members, customers, government agencies, and other external entities.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution required. Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum 4 years of experience in Compliance/Legal field, preferably Medicare related. Plan experience must include interaction with PBM operations. Must be a seasoned professional with knowledge of Medicare rules and is experienced in contractual and regulatory compliance within the context of the Medicare Program.


Computer proficiency. Understanding of PBM Operations, Member Services, Pharmacy Networks; Fulfillment, Call Center, and Medicare Parts C and D; Analytical and Critical thinking, Excellent writing skills, organized, innovative, work well collaboratively, negotiating, strategic thinking and planning, excellent presentation skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills, attention to detail, and customer service focused.
