Columbia Medical Associates, a multi-location provider of healthcare services, is currently searching for an experienced full-time RN Director of Clinical Services to join the CMA team. This candidate must possess a valid WA RN license.
- At least 3 years supervisory experience
- At least 3 years nursing experience in a Family Practice setting
- Quality assessment and improvement experience
We are searching for a dynamic team player who has experience in Family Practice clinical setting. An individual who is responsible for ensuring that quality care is coordinated and delivered to patients, through careful management of nursing staff and other resources. This candidate has a the ability to assess,analyze, prioritize and be a change management leader.
Must be able to work with a variety of people, including patients, co-workers and our Providers. Must be someone who self-driven, flexible and willing to jump in where and whenever needed.

This RN candidate plans and evaluates multidisciplinary, process improvements relating to quality of patient care and clinical services in the Primary Care environment. Works closely with Regional Director of Operations and Executive Leadership Team.
Serves as a consultant regarding regulatory requirements. Recommends policy and procedure changes to improve care and patient outcomes. Maintains and enhances a variety of databases, statistics and reports.
Responsible for management and coordination of Patient Care staff. Works as consultant, educator and trainer. Works with providers and Patient Care staff to help Manage EMR. Works with Clinic Leads, clinical staff, Spokane Health District, Washington State Department of Health, and other Manufacturers/Suppliers to maintain function of clinics.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating and Implementing Policy and Procedures to comply with regulatory standards
- Provide leadership, training and assist with performance concerns with clinical staff
- Directs development and monitors quality initiatives
- Coordinate and oversee employee health program
- Responsible for creating, maintaining and training of OSHA and WISHA regulatory standards and guidelines
LICENSES, CERTIFICATES OR OTHER ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Washington State License
Minimum 5 years experience
