We are looking for a Lean Leader responsible for engaging and inspiring providers and staff through servant leadership. In cooperation with the Department Chairs and the Director and Medical Director Leadership, this position is responsible for creating and achieving annual goals. Will engage in breakthrough initiatives and engage in a culture of continuous improvement provide new value to our patients. Monitor daily operations to ensure quality care is provided every single time; encourage an environment of continuous improvement; and advance the daily management system within the department. This roles acts in collaboration with our many partners both within TVC and in the community which we serve.
As a vital member of our team, the Clinic Manager is responsible for the overall direction and management of the department. Will provide transparent, servant leadership with a recognized presence in the clinic space. Will advocate for the needs of our patients and staff. The direction and management must be consistent with the policies, objectives, practice standards, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include strategic planning, budgeting, staffing, organizing, applying, directing, controlling, and evaluating all resources invested in the organization.
Personnel Development and Supervision: Manages all aspects of hiring, orientation, scheduling, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and compliance with Clinic policies and procedures. Must have the ability to train, mentor, and motivate staff.
Communication: Establishes effective working relationships with staff, patients, vendors, managers and staff in administrative and support departments. Experience creating strong dyad relationships with medical leadership.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of management experience in a busy medical office setting. Requires in-depth experience w/ developing business objectives, budgets, and financials.
Prefer those with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, Master’s degree preferred.
