Description

Leads and executes change management strategy and execution for IU Health's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) initiative. Provides overall leadership and guidance by crafting messaging and determining the methods of communication for resources that support activities across training and deployment activities for the program. Leads the development and delivery of strategic ERP communications. Assesses and validates the scope and impact of change across multiple areas of the healthcare system. Collaborates credibly with senior management, functional areas and other stakeholders; utilizing leading practices and methodologies. Institutes the means for measuring, reporting and assessing change management effectiveness and manages the execution of high quality work deliverables on time and within budgets. Develops, socializes, and executes against clear change management strategy and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimizes resistance. Champions innovative approaches and continuous improvement in all aspects of project deliverables to help drive change.

Qualifications / Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required; Master's degree in Business Administration, Organization Development, Industrial, or Organizational Psychology preferred.
  • Requires 7-10 years relevant leadership experience; team management and talent development experience preferred.
  • Requires 5+ years demonstrated experience in leading, managing, and delivering key initiatives across large, complex organizations; including developing and delivering change approach, plans, and measurement / feedback processes.
  • Requires experience as facilitator of complex and/or critical business initiatives; experience with large-scale project management practices and supporting tools preferred.
  • Experience working in/with organizations on ERP and workforce management systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle, Workday) is preferred.
  • Requires the ability to measure, demonstrate, and articulate the impact of change to the business, specific processes and services, and individual employees.
  • Requires an understanding of basic change management concepts and how they apply in the IU Health culture.
  • Requires strong skills in leadership, relationship building, and written and verbal communication.
