We're seeking an Assistant Director of Mental Health Services. The Assistant Director provides clinical and program leadership and oversight for the spectrum of Mental Health services including Subacute Crisis Stabilization Program (Subacute), Intensive Community-Based Treatment Services (ICTS), Outpatient (OP), and Early Childhood Program, including home- and office-based services and mental health services provided at Albertina Kerr group homes. The Assistant Director supervises and manages Clinical Supervisors, Mental Health Therapists and other clinical staff; ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and Oregon Administrative Rules; and maintains child, family and staff safety and therapeutic quality.

The successful candidate will have:
A clinical master's degree in social work, counseling psychology, child and family therapy, or a closely related clinical discipline
Five year’s relevant experience serving children or adolescents and their families
Previous supervisory/managerial experience that demonstrates an ability to effectively lead teams through change and toward effective clinical outcomes
Ability to effectively respond to and resolve crisis situations
The ability to supervise therapists towards Oregon LPC, LMFT or LCSW licensure
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
Knowledge of Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR) and other related regulations
Computer knowledge; previous use of an Electronic Medical Record is preferred
